What is AgSimple?

AgSimple offers sales on new farm products, technology, and gear to an exclusive list of farmer members that sign up for free on AgSimple’s website.  AgSimple is for farmers.  AgSimple is not based in cities.  There are no big cities where these sales are offered.  AgSimple isn’t chic.  It doesn’t know what chic means.  It is for hardworking people that want to save money on new farm gear.  

How do I do it?

Sign up for our emails for your region or follow us on facebook or twitter to learn what sales we have accumulated for you for the current week.   If you like what we offer, get to our website and check it our for your area.  Purchase.  Save Money.  Repeat.

Will I save money?

Yes.  Hopefully you will literally save a TON of money.

What will I save money on?

We offer sales on new farm products, technology, and gear.  We feel there is a large amount of new farm products that go unnoticed each year.  We are hoping to solve that problem.  From seed technology to fertilizer to chemicals to GPS systems to equipment.  We select the best products and gear we can find to offer it to you.

Who are you?

AgSimple is an e-commerce service offered by AimsBio Inc., a group of agronomists, plant scientists, farmers, and technology fans that like to think up new ideas and try them out just for kicks.

Are you a daily deals site?

No.  I repeat.  NO.  We are not a daily deals site.  We do sometimes utilize the innovations in marketing that the daily deal site phenomenon created.   Sometimes we may use a similar deal voucher so the seller knows they are only getting paying customers.  We utilize the social web.  We use emails.  We use computers.  We take it somewhat seriously.

How do you time your sales?

We time our sales to match the needs of farmers in each region.  We are farmers ourselves, so it wasn’t hard to figure it out.  We time our sales to match when farmers need seed, or fuel, or fertilizers.  We like to think this makes it easy for people.  In any case, it makes sense to us.

When does the sale start?

We launch the latest sales every Monday morning.

Why do you offer sales for 7 days?

We do this because our farmer members are busy hardworking people that are not on their computers or smartphones every second of every day.   By offering a longer sale time-frame, we can reach those hardworking people when they get some time.

Are you location based?

Yes.  We organize our sales based on location, and in our case it is by state, county, and region.  This allows us to do interesting local sales of certain products.  For instance, we can sell seeds based on location and time that match maturity for that region.  Almost all of our sales are meant for rural areas and farm communities, but since we use the county system, a few counties with big cities get in on the mix.  We would be downright shocked if someone from a city ordered on our site, but then again, we’ve been shocked by things before.

When I buy a voucher, how do I get it?

We deliver the sale voucher in several ways.  The receipt from your transaction contains your name and order number, which should be used as your check in code with the merchant.  We can also email you a voucher if you have lost your receipt.  We can also snail mail you the code.  If you hate snail mail, then we suggest you use your receipt or use the email you get from us.  (For snail mail, we send all our mail on recycled paper, and please help us out, recycle and reuse as much as you can.)

When I buy a product, how do I get it?

Once you purchase a product, we contact the seller and the product is delivered or shipped directly from them.  If another scenario exists, such as pick-up or special delivery, either us or the merchant will let you know.
