By purchasing from the site AgSimple, you the end user agree to the terms and conditions that we, AgSimple (a division of AimsBio LLC), have provided. If you do not want to agree to these simple terms, then do not use this simple site. Also, you agree to the following terms:
A) General
AgSimple provides an online service that sells products and services for merchants directly to customers.
The end user agrees to all terms of service when using this site. End user shall be responsible for all log-in information and passwords and confidentiality thereof. End user acknowledges that the internet is relatively secure place, but from time to time, it is not, and loss of such information is sole responsibility of end user and not, in any case, AgSimple’s responsibility. The site is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but from time to time will be down for site maintenance. You understand and acknowledge that due to AgSimple, or due to reasons outside of AgSimple’s control, the site may be down and not functional.
You represent that you are of legal age to purchase from this site (18 or above), or that if you are 13 years old to 18 years old, you can use this site with a parent or guardian who agrees to the terms of service. This site cannot be used by anyone under 13 years of age.
AgSimple retains the right to change anything and everything about the site without notice.
1. Modified Terms
AgSimple reserves the right to change, eliminate, or modify any aspect of its terms of service at any time.
2. End User Conduct
The site and any site or links associated with the site are private property. Any interaction on this site or others linked will comply with these terms of service. End User shall not post or transmit through this Site any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, or any material which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which, without AgSimple’s express prior, written approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. End use cannot use this site to advertise anything, sell anything, or have any political or religious connotation. End user may not use the site to compete with AgSimple in any way.
3. Copyright and Trademarks
Everything on the site is exclusively the property of AgSimple, or used with express consent of the copyright or trademark owner. Any kind of copying, transmitting, linking, deep linking, or any other kind of use is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this will subject the end user to copyright, trademark, and intellectual property infringement and may subject the end user to civil and/or criminal penalties.
4. Equipment
AgSimple will not and can not be held liable for any damage’s to the end user’s equipment from using the site.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
Use of the site and interacting with the site is at the end user’s sole risk. AgSimple and its affiliates make no guarantee that use of this site will be error free, nor that the information, warranty, vouchers, deals, or content of the site is accurate.
AgSimple is made available on an “as is” basis.
6. Limitation of Liability
AgSimple will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of this agreement. AgSimple’s liability in connection with a voucher, product, or deal will not exceed the amounts paid for such a voucher, product, or deal.
7. Third Party Contributors
AgSimple is a marketing company, a distributor, and not a publisher of content provided by third party merchants and end user customers. AgSimple does not have control over such content, and any content is that of the respective author and not of AgSimple.
8. Indemnity
You agree to hold harmless AgSimple, its parent company, and all officers, directors, employees, agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs of debt, and expense arising from your use of the site, your violation of the terms, your violation of third party rights, and any claims that any content by you causes damage to a third party.
9. Electronic Communications
Agsimple and you use electronic methods to communicate, whether you use the site, send emails, or whether AgSimple posts notices on the site or via email. You consent to receive communications from AgSimple in electronic form, and agree that all terms and conditions are satisfied by such electronic communications.
B) Terms of Sale
Any vouchers printed from the site, or received in the mail from the site in exchange for goods and services at a discount from their original price, or any product or service ordered from the site at a discount from original price. By purchasing a voucher, service, or product from a merchant through AgSimple, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. To order and purchase, you are required to create an account so we can provide you with access to your receipt, past purchases, and to use permissible use of voucher, service, or product. The voucher, service, or product you purchase from a merchant through AgSimple is redeemable for goods and services by the merchant, not AgSimple, and AgSimple is not responsible in any way, shape, or form, for redeeming the voucher you purchase from the merchant.
AgSimple will sometimes include other promotional material, coupons, deals, vouchers, and information included with bought vouchers for the end user. AgSimple is not responsible for the validity, accuracy, or activity of the material that is included with purchased vouchers, services, or products.
1. Terms of sales for vouchers
A) Limit of one (1) voucher per redemption. Only one voucher per order unless otherwise specified by the merchant.
B) The merchant and AgSimple are not responsible for lost or stolen voucher’s, voucher reference numbers, deals, or products.
C) The voucher or deal cannot be combined with any other vouchers, third party certificates, promoters, or coupons, unless otherwise noted by the merchant.
D) Sale, trade, or copying and reproduction of voucher or deal are prohibited.
E) If you do not follow these terms, then redemption of voucher is null and void.
F) The voucher or deal can be applied only to the product or service sold by the merchant, and may not be used for anything else, including shipping and handling charges.
G) Redemption of voucher for less that face value will not entitle you to a credit or cash equal to the difference between the face value and amount redeemed.
2. Terms of sales for products and services

G) Redemption of product for less that face value will not entitle you to a credit or cash equal to the difference between the face value and amount redeemed.
3. Other
Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, employment relations, or agency of any kind.
All vouchers, deals, and products shall be subject to AgSimple’s terms and conditions and the participating merchant. The voucher is held by the merchant. As holder of the voucher, deal, or product, the merchant is fully responsible for anything and everything, including illnesses, injuries, damages, claims, liabilities, and costs suffered by or in respect to the customer, caused in whole or in part by the merchant. You waive and release AgSimple, its employees and officers and owners, from any claim, liabilities, damages, or injury arising from or related to any act of merchant in connection with voucher, deal or product and service. Vouchers and deals are redeemable on a one time basis, not incrementally.
AgSimple will provide a refund of the purchase price paid by you for any voucher, services, or product, provided that the voucher, service, or product has not yet been redeemed.
You and AgSimple agree that any action arising out of or related to AgSimple must commence within 4 weeks after cause of action accrues, or action is permanently forbidden.
